Concordia is a small, pre-launch project. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect when you interact with this website and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email support@trainconcordia.com.
What we collect
This website itself does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or its own cookies. We only receive information you choose to give us:
- Beta waitlist. When you request beta access, you submit a Google Form. That form collects your name, email address, and the training details you provide so we can consider you for the founding cohort.
- Founder call. If you book a call, you use a Google Calendar booking page, which collects your name, email, and chosen time.
- Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you include.
How we use it
- To review beta applications and select the founding cohort.
- To contact you about the beta, your application, or a call you booked.
- To improve Concordia based on what applicants tell us.
We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build ad profiles.
Who processes it
The waitlist form, its responses, and the booking page are handled by Google (Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar) acting as our service provider. Your information is stored in our Google account and is subject to Google’s own privacy terms. We limit access to the founder.
How long we keep it
We keep beta applications for as long as we are running or planning the beta. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove it from our records within a reasonable time.
Your choices
- You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@trainconcordia.com.
- You can decline to join the waitlist and still read everything on this site.
Children
Concordia is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 16. Please do not submit the form if you are under 16.
Changes
As Concordia grows, this policy will change, especially once the app itself launches and handles training data. We will update the effective date above when we do.
